ما هو موقع ClinCal؟
موقعنا يهدف لتسهيل الوصول للحاسبات الطبية وتحويل الوحدات وإمكانية حساب أكثر من معادلة بنفس البيانات المدخلة، وتحليل تلك البيانات تلقائياً، مع العديد من الميزات مثل ميزة الاستخراج التلقائي للنصوص (التجريبي حالياً)، ومراعاة الاحتياجات للمستخدمين في السعودية.
كيف تعمل ميزة الاستخراج التلقائي ؟
تعمل ميزة الاستخراج التلقائي عن طريق برمجيات بسيطة بدون الحاجة لاستخدام الانترنت ( بعد فتح الموقع أولا ) ، تظل هذه الميزة والية عملها تعتمد بشكل كلي على طريقة ظهور التحاليل في المختبرات المختلفة ، تم تطوير واتقان هذه الميزة حاليا لتكون أكثر فعالية للمستخدمين العاملين في المراكز الصحية بوزارة الصحة في مدينة الطائف ، اذا كانت الميزة لا تعمل عندك كما ينبغي تواصل معنا.
للحصول على أفضل نتيجة قم بفتح ملف المراجع ، اضغط على ايقونة التحاليل كأنك تريد مشاهدتها كالعادة ، ثم انسخ الصفحة كاملة ( Control + A ) ثم نسخ جميع محتويات الصفحة ولصقها في مربع النص في أعلى الموقع ثم الضغط على زر استخراج تلقائي.
هل خدمات الموقع مجانية؟
في الوقت الحالي جميع خدماتنا مجانية بالكامل ولا نعرض أي خدمات مدفوعة.
هل يحتاج الموقع لاستخدام الإنترنت؟
الإنترنت ضروري لفتح الموقع في البداية، ولكن جميع الخدمات الأخرى يمكن أن تعمل بدون إنترنت بعد فتح الموقع أولاً.
هل الحاسبات دقيقة؟
تم إنشاء الحاسبات باتباع المعايير العالمية، إلا أن المستخدم هو المسؤول عن استخدام أي نتيجة في اتخاذ أي قرار، وعليه التأكد من صحتها بطريقته الخاصة قبل الاعتماد عليها.
لماذا منحنى النمو السعودي أفضل من منحنى النمو الخاص بـ WHO (الموجود في رقيم) أو CDC؟
يوصى باستخدام منحنى النمو السعودي من قبل كل من الجمعية السعودية لطب الأطفال والمجلس الصحي السعودي، ليتم استخدامه بدلاً من منحنيات النمو الخاصة بالشعوب والمجتمعات الأخرى.
إن استخدام معايير مراكز السيطرة على الأمراض والوقاية منها لعام 2000 (CDC 2000) ومعايير منظمة الصحة العالمية (WHO) لتقييم ومتابعة نمو الأطفال السعوديين في العيادات يُعد غير مناسب؛ وذلك بسبب التشخيص المفرط لحالات نقص التغذية، والتقزم، وقصر القامة، مما قد يؤدي إلى إحالات طبية وفحوصات لا داعي لها. لذلك، لا يوجد مبرر يُذكر للاستمرار في استخدام منحنيات النمو الخاصة بالشعوب الأخرى لتقييم نمو الأطفال السعوديين.

What is the ClinCal website?
Our website aims to facilitate access to medical calculators and unit conversions, the possibility of calculating more than one equation with the same input data, and analyzing that data automatically, with many features such as the automatic text extraction feature (currently experimental), and taking into account the needs of users in Saudi Arabia.
How does the automatic extraction feature work?
The automatic extraction feature works through simple client-side software without the need for an internet connection (after opening the website initially). However, this feature and its mechanism depend entirely on how lab results are displayed across different laboratory systems. Currently, this feature has been developed and optimized to be highly effective for healthcare workers in clinics under the Ministry of Health in Taif city. If the feature does not work as expected for you, please contact us.
For the best results, open the patient's record, click on the lab results icon as you normally do, then copy the entire page (Control + A), copy all page contents, paste them into the text box at the top of the website, and click the "Automatic Extraction" button.
Are the website's services free?
Currently, all of our services are completely free, and we do not offer any paid services.
Does the website require the use of the internet?
The internet is necessary to open the website initially, but all other services can work without the internet after opening the website first.
Are the calculators accurate?
The calculators were created following international standards, except that the user is responsible for using any result in making any decision, and must verify its accuracy in their own way before relying on it.
Why is the Saudi growth chart better than the WHO growth chart (found in Raqeem) or the CDC?
The use of Saudi growth chart is recommended both by the Saudi Pediatric Association and the Saudi Council for Health Services, to be used instead of charts of other populations.
The use of CDC 2000 and the WHO standards to assess and follow the growth of Saudi children in clinics is not appropriate because of overdiagnosis of undernutrition, stunting and short stature potentially resulting in unnecessary referral and investigation. Therefore, there is little or no justification for the continued use of growth charts of other populations to assess the growth of Saudi children.
